New England Institute of Technology,Rhode Island ,USA

The NEIT college was started in 1940. Bachelor's degree is provided in 31 programs in quarter semester sysytem. Now a days the college is running three campuses in Warwick only. All the programs are mainly based on technical expertisation and hands training. The associate degree is of 18 months while the bachelor's degree is of three years. A lot of scholarships and financial aid programs are also provided by the institute. The students here are enjoying various activities alongwith their studies which helps in improving their over all personality and communication skills. Along with some technical courses there are liberal art core studies also. The associate degree programs are offered in aviations, computers, communication, mechanical engineering technology, architecture and design, electronics, medical, and building technologies. Bachelor's degree is also provided in total of eleven fields.

Naval War college,Rhode Island

The NWC college was founded in 1884. The college was mainly opened for helping the naval officers by world class ideas of personal developments. It is located in Newport. The college provides Professional Millitary Education(PME). The staff has 8 to 15 years of millitary experience. Various branches of millitary are here.

There are mainly two courses: Naval Command College and Naval Staff College. But the condition for getting admission is that they dont provide any degree to the officers of the other nations. Decision making is tried to be developed in the students.The students from all the streams work towards Master of Arts. More 24000 officers had completed their graduation from here. Stephen B. Luce, the founder president of the college had set a motto for the college that "The war is a place of original research on all queations and to statesmanship connected with war or the prevention of war". The whole curriculum of the naval war depends upon three subjects: strategy and policy, policy making and decision making and joint millitary operations. Each year approx 600 students take admissions for getting the officers degree in different streams. The original building of the college is being used as the famous museum of naval warfare.

Johnes and Wales University

Johnes and Wales University,Rhode Island was basically founded as a business school in 1914. There are four campuses under this university college which provides mainly three basic streams which are: College of Business, College of Culliniary Arts and the Hospitality College.

The university system is based on the three semesters annually. Now a days more than 16000 students are enrolled in the college in various streams like business, equine management, hospitality and technology programs. The whole faculty is well industrially experienced that helps in providing complete knowledge in the classrooms. The university also offers special provision of career advisers or counselors.

Community college of Rhode Island

The community college was established in 1964 with 325 students only at the beginning. Now, there are six campuses under the college which are; Knight Campus, Flanagan Campus, Liston Campus, Newport County Campus, Downcity Campus, and Satellite campus.The college offers mainly five degrees:
