About the University: University of South Dakota(USD) was established in 1862, located in Vermillion(SD, USA). It's the oldest university of the state. It is known for its medical and law school. USD is affiliated by the South Dakota Board of Regents.

South dakota is located in the mid western reigion of USA. South dakota is the name coming from Lakota and Dakota Sioux American Indian tribes living there formerly. The state capital here is Pierre, and the largest city is Sioux Falls. English is used as the Official language in SD. Local Transport: South dakota has mainly two interstate highways on large scale named Interstate 90 and Interstate 29.The first one is running from east to west; and the other one through north to south in the eastern portion of the state. SD also had two National Scenic Byways - The Peter Norbeck National Scenic Byway(located in the Black Hills) and the Native American Scenic Byway(running along Missouri River). Badlands Loop Scenic Byway, Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway are some other Byways. BNSF Railway is the largest railway running in South dakota. Rapid City Regional Airport and the Sioux Falls Regional Airport are the two airports from where various flights are being operated all over US and south Dakota.

University of Alaska

University of Alaska is a system which was established in 1917 and is considered as a land, sea and space grant system also public. This university system is affiliated by Canadian University Society for Intercollegiate Debate(CUSID). The university of alaska system consists of mainly three universities. The first one is University of Alaska Fairbanks(Fairbanks,Alaska), the second one is University of Alaska Anchorage(Anchorage, Alaska) and the third one is University of Alaska Southeast(Junea, Alaska).
